Organized by the CCRN in collaboration with the Israeli Embassy in Belgium and Luxembourg as part of the Israeli Cultural Season which is supported by the Israelite Consistory in Luxembourg.

In 2009, Noa together with Palestinian singer songwriter Mira Awad, represented Israel in the Eurovision Song Contest. Viewed by over 450 million people throughout Europe, Noa and Mira's bold statement of unity in troubled times was widely perceived as the Eurovision's most moving performances in Eurovision history.
Noa is Israel's leading international concert and recording artist. She is known for performing a version of the Ave Maria for a live audience of 100,000 and a TV audience of millions in front of Pope John Paul II in 1994. She as also sung with Alanis Morissette, Lou Reed, Gérard Depardieu, Dave Stewart, and Andrea Bocelli aswell as for President Clinton at the White House in 1999.
Noa collaborate with her long-term music partner Gil Dor, a friend of 15 years and they have produced many successful records worldwide.
Mira Awad is an Israeli Arab singer, actress, and songwriter. She was born in Rameh village in Galilee (Israel) to an Arab Christian father and a Bulgarian Christian mother. She lived in New York City from age two until her return to Israel at the age of 17. Her family is originally from Yemen. She was the first Israeli Arab to represent Israel at Eurovision, singing the first Israeli Eurovision song with Arabic lyrics.
